Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a freelance senior graphic designer based in NYC that is looking for an independent freelance programmer for a symbiotic long term business relationship.
  
  If possible - although not a deal breaker - I would still like this relationship to go both ways (you need a designer for some of your projects, I need a programmer for mine). I have a couple moderately high profile clients right now - so starting off, you would have access to at least 3 jobs immediately.
  
  Am above all looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, timely, and talented that I can shoot work to whenever it arises, and have you feel the same with me. Must be driven, experienced (at least 4 years, back and front end preferred). I will forward whatever rate you charge to my clients so money isn't that big of an issue - it's what you set for yourself. Just more interested in reliability and general awesomeness at what you do.
