Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Piano Planet already has a growing team of individuals currently working on this upcoming project - a niche community.
  
  However, we are looking for an experienced programmer to join the team on our adventure. We're looking for a customised theme (modified from what we provide) to be implemented into Wordpress with bbPress and s2member plugins working alongside one another. We'd need bbPress to be slightly modified to fit in with our theme, as we request. There is a possibility of very basic store functions being required too (we should be able to handle this). The selected applicant will be working with other members of the team.
  
  There is no specific requirements from applicants for this job. We can offer initial payments, but to bring a more interesting offer to the table is a combination of joining the business alongside financial rewards. If you join the team (it would be on a part-time, choose your own hours basis), then you will receive financial rewards consistently as the business grows, eventually developing into full-time wages if you desire.
  
  This business has three business advisors, three designers (with two also being developers), as well as big contacts for marketing with an additional five individuals currently working on content for certain aspects of the site.
  
  We would be delighted if you could join the team.
  
  Location: Anywhere, but UK is highly preferable. Meet-up is desired (but not essential).
