Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Pomme.us is essentially Apples to Apples with gifs.
  Over one million rounds of the game have already been played. We have a 50/50 return ratio, and 400,000 hits.
  Over 1/3 of our traffic has visited the site 15 times or more.
  
  We are planning on visiting VCs and investors in the near future, and are looking for a Technical Co-Founder for this project.
  
  The site is currently written in python/javascript, and we are looking to rewrite it in node.js, along mobile platforms.
  
  Our current programmer just got a job at Google, and we're looking to replace him.
  We need a young and hungry programmer who shares a passion for online gaming.
