Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  We're looking for a PhoneGap developer to work / telecommute with my agency in Berlin to work on one of our two projects lined up.
  
  YOU:
  
  1. Speak English so we can Skype.
  2. Willing & able to teach/coach.
  3. Active member of the PhoneGap community.
  
  PROJECT 1:
  
  1. Plays video from a link both landscape and portrait.
  2. The video streams from a link provided.
  3. The App must be able to place a phone call when button is pushed.
  4. A few pages for legal, terms about us, etc.
  5. Must work on iPhone & Android.
  
  BUDGET
  
  I have full specs and wire-frames that I will share with you to put together a budget.
