Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... We are seeking a VB.NET Developer who can demonstrate the following...
  
  - Strong experience in developing VB.NET applications;
  - Solid VBA/Access programming experience gained within a commercial deadline driven environment;
  - Inspire/Printnet T or Crystal reporting experience;
  - An in-depth knowledge of Access / VBA programming gained in a commercial environment;
  - Education to degree level (or equivalent) (Maths, Economics, Computer Science or similar);
  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  - Excellent written and spoken English skills (including good documentation skills, using industry-standard methodology);
  - The ability to work on own initiative and but also be a team player;
  - The desire to learn new skills.
