Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Lots of experience, no exact number of years. Your portfolio and project history will tell me all I need to know.
  Know your programming languages(obviously).
  Primarily PHP, I do not believe I have a need for ASP yet.
  HTML, CSS, Mobile Web Development, Ajax, Javascript
  ECommerce Solutions, CMS's etc

  We are a startup company involving Web Development, graphic Design, logo design, business marketing and SEO.
  
  First, I am gathering a team of developers and designers, marketing experts, sales reps(possibly) and more, and once I have my team in place, we will get projects and develop them, design them, build there business etc.
  
  These jobs would be contract, no work is guaranteed.Most of the communication about projects will be done over and administration panel you login too.
  
  I dont want a company. I want more of a person who does free lancing on his own.
  
  Prefer local from pittsburgh but that might not be possible. No overseas!
