  - A master of the principles of kick-a** web design (you may even be thinking about writing a book about it).
  - Website analytics wizardry, ideally using Google Analytics.
  - A scientific mindset who likes to test things so we know exactly what is working and what needs to be improved upon.
  - Confidence in turning data into insights and proactively executing on the decisions we make as a consequence.
  - An ability to manage complex projects with a mix of personalities from techies to design gurus to operational peeps.
  - A real can-do attitude with willingness to get your hands dirty, get on with the job and make great things happen.
  - A high attention to detail and commitment to deliver outstanding work to agreed deadlines.
  - Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
