Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm designing a "Tower Defense"-game in Java, and is in need of someone able to help with the design since my photoshop skills are lacking to say the least. So if you're a beginning graphical designer with flare for monster sprites, and able to make some appealing menues etc, and wants to work with a beginning java developer, please send me a msg.
  
  Applications future could be appstore, where money will be split evenly, or depending on involvement.
