Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Basically I want to make a music link discussion community where people are limited to only posting music links to each other. Its a place where people with similar taste and can find each other and share only music link. All the music links would be embedded from sites like soundcloud, youtube, blogs and mixcloud.
  
  The logic behind making this startup is to solve the problem of how wide spread music links are currently. Right now you can get music links from pretty much everywhere, you can get it from facebook groups, blogs, soundcloud, youtube, friends, pandora, last.fm.
  I also believe that links are very powerful. Links bring out the newest music the quickest, and can be listened to from anywhere and anytime.
  
  I need help with the front and back end programming.
