  - The skills to design stunning high and low poly models to be used in Unity mobile games.
  - The ability to create beautiful textures.
  - A sound working knowledge of 3DS Max or similar.
  - A good understanding of mobile gaming.
  - A strong portfolio showing awesome game assets.
  
  In addition, any exposure to animation, 2D design and UI experience would be ideal but not essential.
