  I am looking to create a new niche social networking site. if the first iteration is well received then we will be expanding it to include a number of niches. I need someone who can help me build a test site that I can take to VC's and potential client's. initially I will give you equity in the company and then once we have VC backing you will get a salary.
  
  I will require you sign a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement before I give you any real details. I expect that the basic site can be built in about a month to two months assuming we work on our own time.
