  I am one of two co-founders of Shopperater. We are a shopping website that generates profit from affiliate programs such as Amazon and many others. We have a unique feature that distinguishes us from the competition. We have been developing this idea for over a year and have made much progress. We have a full business plan and 5 year financial projection finished. In the past months we have been competing at Wharton School of Business (#3 nationally ranked business school) as well as an Angel/Venture Fair. Though investors like our idea, they find it risky because we have yet to generate sales (due to prototype stage) and have no IP. Bringing on an experienced developer will help to remedy these problems.
  
  We are looking to bring on someone dedicated, driven and determined to bring this company from the bottom up. At our latest competition at the Morgan Lewis building in Philadelphia, the judges strongly suggested we bring on an experienced developer. We are looking for someone to start the back-end coding of the website. You must have experience with API/affiliate programs such as Amazon. The first half of our website is developing a similar service like Pricegrabber.com and Nextag.com for users. Basically, a large database of products from many different companies that users can purchase online and we make commission.
  
  
  We are not looking for a freelancer but someone who will join our start up for equity. We can provide cash for any equipment needed (servers, hosting, etc). I can give a better scope of the idea if interested.
