Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  All I need is someone with a good grasp of javascript to write about 20-30 lines of code (my estimate). The goal is to simply create a timestamp as a unique number string, put it as a cookie on the user as they submit a registration form, and send that number along with the other registration data to the server. There will be other jobs in the future, but for now - that's it!
