Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am seeking to find a freelance WordPress PHP Developer who is interested in joining forces with a seasoned freelance web designer. While working together on regular business projects, I am interested in also creating basic skeleton themes we can use a as kick starters for new website projects.
  
  The skeleton themes would include the basic required plug-ins for the typical various TYPES of website projects (one for ecommerce, another for marketing, and so on). As for the frontend I am thinking of using Bootstrap, however, if you have other suggestions let's talk.

  My background: I'm a freelance web/graphic designer. My education is visual art and business communications; I have been designing for the web since 1997 with a basic knowledge of PHP. I've been self employed for the past 8 years. My business revenue sources range from web design to traditional graphic design. I provide a wide range of services such as web design, logo design, animation for video and web, and some traditional print marketing to my clientele.
