  I developed this site http://www.game-joint.com/ some time ago, and haven't had time or a plan good enough to make it grow. If you think it can work out, and have a good strategy to promote it (worldwide or locally), let me know. You'll get a percentage of whatever it makes based on your experience and effort.   The site is oriented to independent game developers seeking for help in small projects. It has some cool features as customizable RSS, advanced searches, google maps powered user locations, messaging, etc. It's supposed to make money out of ads, but I'll hear any other ideas.
