Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi people!
  
  I seek two highly motivated individuals to join me in the development of a fantasy sports game engine.
  
  It would be good if you knew a little bit about sports (not any sport in particular but knowledge of game rules would be good).
  
  Currently I have a platform which is at itteration 1 - basically a fantasy/predictor football game engine with some minor ajax integration (using angularjs). It hosts games for numerous competitions.
  
  I feel that the backend as it is currently should work for multiple sports (advice and input would be appreciated - on reviewal of course).
  
  As it stands alot of large companies host fantasy football games paying crazy fees for a season for in my opinion a pretty poorly constructed game (no offence to the game developers - this excludes the metros fantasy game).
  
  I feel that myself and a team could provide a better game for a smaller price with alot more OOB functionality and easily customizable by the end client...
