Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  java, PHP, c++, html, css, html5, css3, SQL, JQuery, RubyOnRail, Flash+Actionscript, AdobeAIR, JavaFX, OpenLaszlo, Silverlight, Ajax, Objective-C. These all are not must knows but I need someone who is a web master. Regardless of what your choice of coding is let me know what you know. Like I said these are not all required.

  My name is Cory Jensen and I am a young motivated entrepreneur who is seeking out a web developer/programmer to not only partner up with but to build a friendship as well. I am a very creative marketer and business plan designer. YOU CAN SKIP RIGHT DOWN TO (SECTION2) if you dont want to read my short business story lol.
  
  I started my first company when I was 16 and sold it by 18 and decided I wanted to move to the party town at ASU and just hangout for 5 months and throw huge parties and events. Well lets just say that was a blast but got old quick as I matured and as my bank account disappeared haha .
  
  I then got involved in the club/entertainment industry for about a year and then because of my marketing skills my father wanted me to partner up with him and market his local construction company. So I got involved in that because I had nothing else to do at the time and in 2012 I brought him in $600,000 in revenue. Not bad for screwing around lol.
  
  Why'll I was working with my dad I taught myself a bit about html and how to build wordpress websites and started a side business at night building clients websites for fun and now I have been expanding in the internet industry. I see huge potential in the internet and my business mind is all over it however I don't have the required skill set (YET) to build a huge trafficked site.

  I have a business plan and a rough structured website for my new business idea. But like I said this site needs more then what I can offer. My business plan will work and its not small business like 500k-2m this business is big business and skys the limit.
  
  I don't have time to waste with people who dick around so if thats you then don't bother me please, I dont need you to be some amazing business man, thats me, I just need an amazing web developer/programmer that can listin to what I need done and make it happen. I am very easy to work with and I care about people.
