Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Need a graphic design pro, intimately familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator. No HTML or CSS knowledge required, although we feel it is a lot easier to design a web page when you have some idea of how it's going to actually get built.
  
• Additional Info

  In search of a creative graphic designer to make our web apps look more beautiful. It would be great if you had an understanding of fluid layouts and responsive web design. Ideally you will also be able to create vector based illustrations for use alongside web content.
  
  We are a marketing firm built by technologically oriented founders. Our programmers work primarily with Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery. Telecommuters are welcome.
