Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Additional Info

  We are looking for some kick ass wordpress theme developers.
  
  We will provide with the PSD design (layered)
  
  We need the designer to create wordpress templates with sophisticated admin controls (options panel)
  
  The basis for any agreement would be a fixed project fee quoted by the developer(s) for each given theme. Time frame for completion would ideally be 3 weeks (max) with a new theme being given to the developer every 4-6 weeks.
