Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated Front End Developer / Web Developer / Designer who can combine a strong mix of creativity and coding. In more detail, you should:
  
  - Be passionate about all areas of front end web development, including Web Standards, UX etc.
  - Be the kind of person who gets excited by clean, semantic, and cross-browser tested code.
  - Think to yourself "I can do that", perhaps even better, when looking at: seomoz, whipcar, invisionapp, airbnb.
  - Have an out of work interest in web development, e.g. you write articles, blog, contribute in open source user groups.
  - Know HTML5, CSS, HAML, SASS, jQuery, Photoshop and optionally have some experience with two or more mainstream programming languages like Ruby or PHP.
  - Understand web standards, browser compatibility issues, progressive enhancement and graceful degradation.
  - Have experience of split-testing and have fully bought in to an evidence based approach to determining the most effective designs.
  - Be interested in agile development and have an interest in creative visual design, current user experience trends and information architecture in a web context.
  - Be prepared to evangelise the design and defend the integrity of both the design and its implementation.
