  I'm founder of INISMO, the interactive corporate funding platform for investors & entrepreneurs to manage their funding activities in a quick and simple way.
  
  I'm looking for a technical co-founder, the old one has left. The system is live since march 2012 and in public beta since august 2012.
  
  We're currently in talks for a seed funding, but without a technical co-founder I'm lost.
