  - Solid experience on Microsoft infrastructure.
  - Application delivery experience (must include the SharePoint platform) gained in either a client facing delivery/engineering role or through in-house IT service delivery.
  - Ability to train, up skill and manage junior team members.
  - Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment.
  - Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
  - Ability to manage workload and time according to deadlines set.
  - Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Web Content Management; Enterprise Content Management and Search; Web Development.
