I am looking to partner with a kick-ass front end programmer to create the best prototyping web app in the world. We will work collaboratively and split profits 50-50.
Project Description:
I am a professional interaction designer working on Vellum, a new kind of web application that will allow anyone to create app prototypes that will run on mobile phones and tablets. With Vellum, people can produce fully animated interfaces that respond to gestures in mere minutes after creating sketches or wireframes. The interactive demos produced by Vellum promote more experimentation and iteration early on in the creative process, and also facilitate more accurate and expressive communication between designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
What I'm looking for:
I have progressed as far with Vellum as is possible on my own and need your help to make Vellum real. I am looking to form a long-term partnership where we split profits 50-50. I need a partner who is passionate about software prototyping, is a front-end guru, with some backend knowledge. Design skills or at least an an eye for design is a definite plus. You must be a hard worker who is self motivated, disciplined, professional, able to articulate their thought process, can handle constructive criticism (and is comfortable giving me some as well), meets deadlines consistently, and is excited by the opportunity to solve ambiguous and complex challenges.
Time Commitment:
Initially 5 hours a week, and we'll grow from there. This is a side project I am passionate about and hope to make this a full time gig, but until then we'll start small.
