Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... We are seeking an experienced Development Manager, Technical Project Manager, Programme Manager or similar who is capable of demonstrating:
  
  - Extensive experience gained in a similar role.
  - Good working knowledge of Java and C++.
  - Effective communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence others.
  - Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while also spotting dependencies.
  - Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks or projects and prioritise effectively.
  - Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills.
  - Strong project management skills and the ability to create and implement large, complex technical projects.
  - Relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent experience.
  
  Any SCRUM and Agile experience is advantageous as is a passion for the computer games industry.
