Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am expanding my studio and am looking to add some fresh faces by way of a freelance front-end builder. We'll start on a project to project basis and then look at you on a more permanent basis.
  
  We have an two studios, one in St John's Wood London and one out in leafy Berkshire. Our clients are high-end and blue-chip.
  
  I expect the candidate to be well versed in the latest technology and standards including (but not limited to) HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, responsive design and experienced in building WC3 compliant websites.
