Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Currently I'm looking to barter work but also a long term partner. Initially I need someone to customize a wordpress theme for me, I designed around this theme, it's a portfolio theme around 3-4 pages. In exchange I will design an equivalent amount of hours for you on any project. I have 5+years of real experience with mobile apps, web apps, branding, interactive design, ux and ui skills I can bring to the table ( working on facebook apps, web apps and mobile apps for clients like yahoo!, intel etc ). I'm skilled with photoshop, illustrator, in design, some flash ( prefer not to use it though) among others.
  
  I'm looking for someone semi-local, and who can work efficiently. But who is kind of a wordpress bad ass.
