Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  The new website that I want to be created with a business partner, covers recruitment.
  
  Currently I have a wordpress theme which is just displaying so much but not as to what I had created 3-4 months ago via photoshop.
  
  My works cover pretty much all apsects of what is needed but I am always keen and happy for further improvements during the development. The design is more than just a simple mockup and shows pretty much every part that is needed for a new type of job website.
  
  The individual must be located within proximities of Rossendale, Lancashire but also have the knowledge that can achieve a fantastic new website.
  
  Help with having an understanding of recruitment and what my goals for having a new business website partner could benefit us both once completed.
  
  The artworks I can produce and have already completed quite a few using Photoshop and Illustrator.
