Greetings all!
I am Valdis , the head of a small team that are changing the way we look and use the internet. We are once again looking for someone to join our amazing team. Currently made up of 2 developers(one of which will be absent for a little while), a designer , our CFO and myself as the ring leader.
We aren't just another web design/development company looking to get rich of the backs of our employees. If the executives are getting rich , then so should the hard working developers , designers and all those in the middle.
We don't believe in pumping out low quality sites for large prices since we want to be proud of our work. If you feel that you are the type of guy that works better in a friendly , family-like environment , we are the family for you!
However , if you are here to get rich quickly , we aren't the people for you. We do a few projects for free to those who we feel deserve it , and usually in return we receive equity and lots of free advertising. If you don't like the idea of doing some work for free and for the betterment of the company , then we aren't for you either.
We are looking for some:
- Highly creative
- Well versed in all the latest programming languages
- Very friendly and social
- Fluent in English , and other extra languages are a big bonus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Team player
- Being highly experienced with CakePHP is a massive bonus.
