  We are a group of 3 people from Pune who have an excellent idea for an online startup. We are looking for a couple of web designers/developers to join our team. Need very good experience in HTML ,CSS , AJAX, Flash for front end development; PHP , Ruby on Rails or any other server side scripting language along with MYSQL.
  2 of the existing members will also assist in all the development work once the project kick starts.
