Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I don't have a specific job that I'm looking to outsource right now, more about developing a relationship that I can depend upon shortly.
  
  Looking for local developers, perhaps entry level, who can build HTML using CSS that will render consistently across multiple browsers and platforms as needed on a project by project basis.
  
  Should ideally be local to Somerset county NJ or bordering areas - face-to-face conversations likely, at least initially.
  
  Some ability to implement javascript functions using libraries (particularly jQuery) would be ideal.
  
  This could be a long-term relationship as the workload and client base is growing.
  
  Essentially as an independent developer my workload is growing and I need to be able to offload some of the more basic development work from time-to-time to allow me to concentrate on the more complex programming and design aspects.
