Developer: PHP, MysQL, HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, Usage of any CMS, though Preferably Joomla

We are looking for a Web Developer/Desinger to help Design, Develop , and maintain our Website, RVT Entertaiment.
We are looking to create a Community of Fans that come to talk all things entertainment, and our site will reflect this community. We are also working on a site that showcases rising Video Producers, and the Incredible Amateur work they create.
We Currently showcase Embedded Video Features and Audio Podcasts, not only from our staff, but from our Community themselves. We also have Live Streams from our staff on a daily basis, interacting with our audience in many fun and exciting ways. We even have a Forum online, which allows our audience to meet up and discuss their favorite topics.
We are looking to Improve upon the sites design, and need a talented individual who can take our designs and ideas and make them into something that is eye-catching, and will make them want to look around at all of our content, old and new.
As our Web Designer, You'll be in charge of Designing/Re-Designing the Site, and making any changes needed to improve and maintain the site. While we will give you the main direction we wish to take the site's look, you are free to mold the site in any way that you feel will improve it's look and function.
As a Partner in this venture, you will be able to help shape the Website's future, from the kind of talent we introduce, to new ways to showcase said talent. You will also be part of major business descisions that can affect the Site in more ways than just it's design.
We earn Revenue thorugh Advertising on the Site, and as a partner, you will be able to earn money based on the amount of viewers we recieve.
