  This is a great opportunity for any programmer wanting to get in on a project which is 85% completed.
  
  The web application is an elearning app which has taken over 3 years in research, design and build. It has cost allot of money and countless hours to get to this stage.
  
  As any entrepreneur will know, success is only as good as the people involved. So I'm looking for a partner to come in and bring their coding skills to finish off the app (which is mainly UI) and then make future enhancements.
  
  This will be a partnership and all responsibility and obligation of the app will be part theirs.
