  I am PHP developer with 5+ years of experience planning to get some projects and create a client base.
  
  I want to setup a client base and going further I want to make this big. For that to happen I want some one who can get the projects for me and this person will be a co-founder in the company and will have a top position once the company grows.
  
  We then have to chalk out the strategy once the proper client base is setup. For now I want to start something which get bigger. I do not have any portfolio as of now but would like to have one with your help.
  
  You would be responsible for getting client base setup which is very much required to set up the firm and I would be handling the development work.
