Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a programmer who wants to partner up with me to build a custom CMS (or customize Wordpress) for a user generated content e-commerce site.
  
  Would be very design and picture oriented with social media integration so when people put up their listings they can share on social media sites like Pinterest, Facebook etc.
  
  The site will be specific to a certain local niche but will expand to other countries (don't wanna give too much away here lol)
  
  As far as I can tell there is not a site like this yet but there is searches for it. I would do all the marketing and pr. I just need someone to help me build it. I have basic html and css skills but nowhere near what I need to build this site.
  
  It would be an ongoing project with more and more designers, programmers and marketers coming on board later on. But for now what I want is a co-founder to get us started so we can get some funding.
