Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... Highlighting a real passion for digital, you will be an entrepreneurial and customer facing Development Manager / Lead Developer / Head of Technology or similar who can demonstrate:
  
  - Experience of working within a .NET environment.
  - Knowledge of project management methodologies: (e.g. PRINCE2 and Agile).
  - An understanding of the technical aspects of web development, both GUI and back end, ideally in a .Net environment.
  - Knowledge of usability and user centric design best practices.
  - Excellent knowledge of web accessibility principles associated W3C or Triple A standards.
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  - Strong management skills combined with experience of building and leading diverse technical teams.
  - Ability to develop and build strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers.
