Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  A start-up looking for a development partner to provide the client side web interface for a partially developed back-end mathematical engine. Expecting use of HTML5 canvas for the numerical visualisations.
  
  Numerical engine has been written in python using numpy, and has reached 3 out of 9 pre investment target goals which means its ready for user interface development to start in parallel. Engine and GUI will need close integrated development so a London, or preferably East London development team is needed.
  
  Commission based developer would be considered, however ideally looking for a partner to take on the GUI development, which is outside of current field of expertise, to get to proof of concept stage which can be used in presentations to prospective investors.
