Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'd like to start a team of designers/developers to sell Wordpress themes, css/html templates and .psd templates on Themeforest.
  
  
  I and a few other designers will be designing .psd templates, and it will be the developers' jobs to code them into Wordpress templates (and maybe CSS/HTML templates as well). There will be one designer/one developer per theme and the profits will be split 50/50. As a team we will release at least one theme a week.
  
  Please post some Wordpress themes and/or CSS/html templates that you've developed. I'm looking for BOTH FRONT END AND BACK END DEVELOPERS. If you can do both, that's a plus.
