  I need something almost exactly like this created:

  With a few "drop downs"
  - Number of prompts to generate: 1-10
  - Prompt: Word, Phrase, Sentence
  - Level: Simple, Elaborate, Complex
  
  I want to be able to add/edit the words that get generated pretty easily. I know CSS / HTML / some basic php / design very well, so you'll need to do veryyyy little of that. I'd like to be able to edit the css of the dropdowns/fields.
