Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for jack of all trades for building a website, with all open source tools.
  
  Depending on the level of experience and management expertise, I may consider up to 20% equity in the company for the right candidate (the only method of compensation) to join me as the CTO and technology strategist. I would look to this person, not just as someone who can build the website from A to Z, but for technology strategy advice. Since I am Atlanta, GA based, I strongly prefer someone in Atlanta. My intentions are to get the website up and running by March of 2013, as I have plans to pitch this to investors in April 2013 to raise more capital, specifically for marketing needs.
  
  I can fund and contract this job out. However, since this is going to be a national website, to attract users I need whatever cash I need for marketing and advertisement to get the site out there.
  
  I do not expect you to quit your full time job for this, as there are no salaries, until we have revenue coming in. What I would need is full commitment to get the ball rolling, as long as the first release is out by March of 2013.
