Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I run a web design business and I'm looking to contract hire a web developer I can use pretty regularly. I'm interested in someone who has experience explaining issues in a way that clients can understand, works well within reasonable deadlines and budgets, is available at least part-time during the day, enjoys the fast pace of progressive web technologies, and is a creative problem-solver.
  
  I have experience with working remotely and encourage you to do so. Also, experience with JavaScript, responsive design, WordPress child themes, and grid systems is a major plus.
