  To qualify... We want to hear from Front-End Web Developers / Web Designers or similar with demonstrable skills in some/all of the following areas:
  
  - XHTML / HTML/CSS.
  - Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash).
  - Standards: W3C, WAI Accessibility etc.
  - JavaScript/JQuery.
  - A portfolio that demonstrates strong examples of work.
  - Excellent communication skills.
