Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a software developer partner to join me in a start-up, Initial involvement is not to demanding on schedule.
  
  I am hoping to have a prototype and a clear development plan by the end of the year and then to launch on kick-starter for funding.
  
  I am hoping to launch on Mac OSX platform to begin, followed by iOS, android and then PC. I have already begun UI/UX and branding, as well as interface design. And can give a clear brief.
  
  I am looking really for this developer to be a business partner, 50/50. No money will be needed initially (except for standard business start up costs like domain reg, hosting, business name reg, etc), only personal time is required.
