Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a Designer/Developer living in the Metro Detroit area with 5+ years experience working on all things digital, although predominantly websites and Flash pieces. I'm looking for a developer to collaborate with, and as a result, create some amazing work.

  I have a number of freelance jobs lined up but would like to find someone who can take on the development work so that I can focus on the design side of things. In terms of compensation, I'm willing to go 50/50 but this may change depending on the work.
  
  Even though I'm considered both a designer and a developer, my true passion is design. I do development work mainly out of necessity. It would be great if I could find someone to take the development portion off of my hands.
