Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  To qualify... We are seeking a Tools Developer who can demonstrate:
  
  - High-level knowledge of Java, C++ and of object orientated programming techniques.
  - Strong understanding of computer graphics or computer animation technologies.
  - Strong understanding and appreciation of code design philosophies.
  - Good industry track record, which may include previously published products, or tools development experience.
  - The ability to think creatively to solve coding problems and to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, determination and flexibility.
  - Strong academic background at degree level or equivalent experience.
  
  Knowledge of other platforms including, but not limited to Mac OS, Linux, WII, PS3 and Xbox is advantageous as is a good understanding of GUIs and tools and experience of network and MMO games.
