  - The ability to work on your own initiative and progress projects through to production.
  - The ability to handle multiple projects at once, working to deadlines and prioritising workload.
  - An in-depth knowledge of the pre-production and print processes.
  - Great attention to detail.
  - Excellent communication skills, in written and spoken English.
  - Strong portfolio of work.
