Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  We are looking to hire someone that can create the following:-
  
  System where data extracted from a word file can be converted to a PDF or HTML page based on data from fields inputted by the user. The data will be text and numerical. For the numerical portion, the script must be able to run calculations and populate the results. The results can then be exported to a PDF file or an HTML file.
  
  
  We will provide the base document that will use the data entered by the user to create the exported documents.
  
  
  Users should have the following options:-
  
  Secure area (username/password) where they can manage the documents they create;
  ability to edit the documents they create;
  ability to upload logo;
  ability to edit basic user info;
  select type of document they wish to create (currently they will have 3 options to chose from;
  track status of documents they created;
  email documents to people directly from system;
  ability to manage clients, client info and documents created for clients;
  ability to pay based on subscription;
  unlimited amount of created documents;
  project/status update on each document;
  users will have ability to add team members (team members to be based on subscription package)
  
  
  
  We will also need admin area:
  
  enable/disable users;
  manage payment status from users (using paypal and 2co);
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The logo, user info and additional data should be able to be exported to the document.
