Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  My name is Luke Mills and I have dozens of hobbies and skills related to game design and just about anything else needed. Though I have little experience in programming and even less in java related things period. I have, however, abstractly come up with a program design (API if you will) that will allow for complete control of the inner workings of Minecraft. Basically, an all-in-one control panel. I made a small excerpt of it in Visual Basic with the use of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate but I was unable to really get much done due to a lack of knowledge in several areas. Therefore, I am looking for people to help me with this. I myself am trying to learn Java so that i can take a part in this but I am having trouble grasping certain aspects of it. That is why I am looking for developers to begin with. I can learn first hand.
  
  Release Date (Plans):
  I am shooting for this program to be out on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. If we can get the majority of it done we might have a prerelease where we will allow for beta testers.
