Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  i list this project because i am searching for tech cofounder, don't really have money that why all the guys from India and other who want to have a payed job, please don't post to my board i cant pay you
  
  Now about idea
  I am posted here my new project RAQUM Trade poeligon.com/trade, that i has been working for a last year or so. it's a new vision on online Marketplace. Please if you interest in this idea and you a experienced developer that knows PHP5, how to build large database scale systems, javascript, but please no flash technology and want share with me a cofounder position. you are welcome to send me a line by mail that you can find on the bottom of my web site (poeligon.com).
  
  One again you need to understand i cant pay you. i just can give you a future share of company. I just need a programer(s) with whom i can build a team, than find seed investor and than it can become in something more great in a company.
