Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We have been in business for over 15 years online providing leads, databases, white board videos, joint ventures, bartering, etc. Where we always lack is in implementation when it comes to web design and programming. Even though what we need is probably simple to a programmer/designer, it's not our strengths. Because we do everything via joint ventures (on contingency) we need someone that is talented in this area to work with us long term. We have two or three projects right now that we've test marketed that would bring in 100s of thousands of dollars but we can't implement because we don't do programming lol. I have joint ventures setup already for the marketing on a large scale, I just need someone that understands joint ventures to contact me and partner up with us and be willing to get paid on the backend an ongoing percentage of everything we do. I am also willing to provide some of our assets up front to help with trust (databases, leads, etc) which will help you grow your business aside from what you work on with us.
