  With my partner, both ex-eBayers, we believe that intelligent & contextualized help content with a smart & self-service contact us flow can greatly improve customer satisfaction and conversion rate. We see it as a business lever that is rarely leveraged.
  
  Most help systems or customer support portals suck. Large companies, like eBay, have devoted tremendous time and energy in improving their help systems. In-context help, social, algorithms, new web technologies... all have participated in making help systems smarter, easier to use and to maintain. But most small & medium online businesses ignore these, still rely on archaic/static help or just don't have any. Worse, some companies have built a huge business on selling complex help CMS that just don't do the job well.
  
  We think there is room for disruption here. We want to offer a great DIY help service that takes profit from all the latest ideas and technologies to provide a powerful set of help & contact us services that are plug & play.
  
  We have good business sense and product management skills, but we need a brilliant developer and UI designer to help us achieve our vision. A first early stage beta version of the site is already live at helpmefaq.it and we have prioritized our feature set for a V2.
